Owner/Head Chef Emerson Rodriguez is excited to announce the opening of his new restaurant Emerson's at Pokolbin.

Emerson's Restaurant is located within Casuarina Estate at 1014 Hermitage Road, Pokolbin. Casuarina Estate is set in the heart of Hunter Valley Wine Country surrounded by twenty-five acres of vineyards, beautiful gardens and views from the estate of the Brokenback Mountain Range.

Emerson's offers Spanish style tapas for lunch and intimate Contemporary Modern Australian cuisine during the evenings. With the option of an eight course degustation menu on Friday and Saturday nights.

Emerson's has some of the finest Hunter Valley wines on offer. Enjoy a relaxing pre-dinner drink in our private bar.

Emerson and the staff at Emerson's at Pokolbin invite you to visit us and indulge in the warm, relaxing surrounds. Emerson's opens for dinner Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights from 6.00pm and for lunch Thursday to Monday from 11.00am. Emerson's accommodates private functions by appointment.
